Those who thought that Ramu was lying low after the failure of RAM GOPAL VARMA KI AAG would have to think again. That's because in the last few months gone by, he has wrapped up two more films. A month and a half after his SARKAR RAJ hits the screens (on 6th June), Ramu would be having another release to his name in the form of CONTRACT.
Confirms Ramu, "Yes, we are looking at CONTRACT to be arriving soon after SARKAR RAJ. July 18th is the date when the film should be released. It is my third bona fide film on underworld (though with terrorism angle explored as well) after SATYA and COMPANY."
Incidentally Ekta Kapoor's spoof on D COMPANY, which has been interestingly titled C KKOMPANY is slated for release on 25th July, just a week after CONTRACT. Is he amused?
Laughs Ramu, "I actually don't know whether Ekta Kapoor has actually penciled 25th July as the release date for C KKOMPANY. I have known the script of her film though. It would be interesting if both the films indeed come within a week of each other."
