Salman Khan, the writer, will pay tribute to dad

Salman Khan has already made a foray into writing by penning the story of his upcoming film Veer . And the star doesn’t rule out turning to serious writing again.

The multi-talented Khan who also paints, besides acting and writing, says if he ever venture out to write something substantial, it would be a tribute to his illustrious father Salim Khan, who penned some of the cult classics of Bollywood along with Javed Akhtar .

Salman has this to say about his writing ambition: "Everything is possible in this lifetime. Who knows what will happen tomorrow? If at all I write, it will definitely be a tribute to my father Salim Khan," he said.

Incidentally, Salman plays the part of writer Chetan Bhagat in Hello . The movie, an on-screen adaptation of Bhagat’s best-selling novel ‘One night @ the Call Centre’, stars Sohail Khan , Arbaaz Khan , Amrita Arora , Sharman Joshi , Katrina Kaif , Gul Panag
